There are two ways to purchase DMS: Either an outright software
purchase, or a monthly lease agreement.
Software Purchase:
- Core Software: $3,000
- Assisted Dispatch module is included (with support contact)
- Maintenance and support fee is $130 per month
- First 30 days of maintenance and support are included in software purchase.

Software Lease (DMS Full Version):
For
those companies that do not wish to invest in purchasing of the
software, we have a lease options program. The software is not actually
purchased, but rented on a monthly basis. The software may be purchased
at any time, though the monthly lease price of the software does not
accrue towards the final purchase price.
The
monthly lease includes the DMS software, software updates, phone
support, and twenty-four hour, seven-days-a-week emergency (network
down) support.
- Monthly fee is $290
- Comes with two user licenses and faxing software
- Additional user licenses are $10 per month per login
- Assisted Dispatch module is included
- Maintenance and support fees are included in this price
Software Lease (DMS Lite):
- Monthly fee is $150, (comes with two user licenses and faxing software)
- Assisted Dispatch module is included
- Maintenance and support fees are included in this price
- Limited to twelve active restaurants or less
